01Scope and Operator
This Privacy Policy describes how TPT Financial, a service division of The Peoples Trusts Consulting LLC, collects, uses, retains, and discloses information obtained through its website, forms, consultations, educational reviews, payment workflows, communications, and related administrative support.
This Policy is limited to TPT Financial. It does not describe the practices of unrelated third parties or independent professionals to whom a client may be referred.
02Information You Provide
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, household or family information, business or organization information, communication preferences, appointment details, form responses, uploaded documents, consultation notes, service selections, signatures, acknowledgments, and any other information you choose to provide.
03Legacy, Trust, and UNA Planning Information
Depending on the requested educational review, we may collect information about family goals, beneficiary classes, asset categories, ownership interests, businesses, real estate, succession concerns, charitable objectives, privacy priorities, governance preferences, existing legal entities, existing estate-planning documents, and interest in common-law trust or unincorporated nonprofit association concepts.
We request information for educational review and administrative coordination only. Submission of information does not create an attorney-client, tax-adviser, investment-adviser, fiduciary, or accountant-client relationship.
04Financial and Business Information
We may collect estimated asset ranges, debt or liability categories, cash-flow or revenue summaries, funding or continuity goals, existing entity information, and other high-level financial or business facts relevant to the educational scope. We do not require full account credentials or unrestricted access to financial accounts.
05Sensitive Information and Secure Submission
Do not send full Social Security numbers, complete bank or card numbers, online banking credentials, private keys, tax returns, medical records, or unredacted identity documents through ordinary email, SMS, or general website forms unless we specifically direct you to an approved secure process.
If sensitive information is not required for the stated service, you should redact or omit it.
06Payment and Transaction Records
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, invoicing platforms, ACH processors, PayPal, Stripe, Zelle, or other approved methods. We may retain payment status, amount, date, invoice, refund, dispute, and customer-service records. We generally do not store complete card or bank credentials when a third-party processor handles the transaction.
07Website and Technical Information
Our hosting, security, form, and communication providers may automatically generate standard technical records such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, referring page, requested page, security events, and error logs. We do not use this Policy to authorize sale of personal information or behavioral advertising. If tracking technologies are added later, this Policy will be updated as required.
08Email, SMS, Calls, and Meetings
We may retain email, SMS, call, meeting, booking, proposal, invoice, support, and service records. By providing contact information, you authorize service-related communications. Marketing communications may be stopped using the stated opt-out method. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Carrier rates and message charges may apply.
Calls or meetings will not be recorded without notice or consent where required by law.
09How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- respond to inquiries and schedule consultations;
- conduct educational reviews and prepare summaries, checklists, or administrative next steps;
- evaluate service fit and coordinate with professionals selected or authorized by the client;
- prepare proposals, invoices, engagement records, and deliverables;
- process payments and manage disputes or refunds;
- maintain records, protect systems, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements;
- improve workflows, templates, and client experience; and
- comply with legal, tax-administration, court, regulatory, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations applicable to us.
10AI-Assisted and Automation Tools
We may use AI-assisted tools, document automation, and workflow systems for drafting support, organization, summarization, quality review, research support, and administrative processing. We do not rely on automated output as a substitute for licensed legal or tax judgment. Material outputs should be independently reviewed before use.
Where reasonably practicable, we limit sensitive information submitted to general-purpose AI systems and use de-identification or redaction when appropriate.
11Service Providers and Independent Professionals
We may use Google Workspace, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, CRM systems, CC360 or GoHighLevel-style systems, forms, booking tools, email and SMS providers, payment processors, document-signature providers, cloud hosting, security services, and contractors that support operations.
With your direction or authorization, information may also be shared with independently retained attorneys, certified public accountants, tax professionals, trustees, registered agents, insurance professionals, financial institutions, banks, or other specialists. Those parties operate under their own professional duties, agreements, and privacy practices.
12When Information May Be Disclosed
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, complete an authorized referral, comply with law or legal process, investigate misuse or fraud, protect rights and safety, enforce an agreement, collect amounts due, obtain professional advice, or complete a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of business assets subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information for money.
13Data Retention
We retain information for the period reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, document consent and communications, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy professional or legal requirements, and preserve records related to completed or declined engagements. Retention periods vary by record type and may continue after the relationship ends.
14Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations. No electronic system, email transmission, storage platform, or security control can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using secure devices, strong credentials, and approved submission channels.
15Your Choices and Requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting [email protected]. We may verify identity and may retain information when required for legal, tax, security, contractual, or recordkeeping purposes. You may also update communication preferences or withdraw optional marketing consent.
16Children and Minors
The website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. A parent or legal guardian must participate when a minor is involved in a family-planning discussion, beneficiary analysis, or document-related administrative process.
17External Links and Third-Party Platforms
Links to government agencies, professional resources, financial institutions, or other third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
18Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, law, or operations. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
